Chelsea earned her BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness from California State Long Beach in 2014.

Chelsea has been the Fitness and Programs Coordinator and a group fitness instructor for Boeing Seal Beach since 2014.

Chelsea NEVER repeats the exact same workout twice! She loves using classic strength moves and fun new variations of high intensity formats to always keep her classes fun and interesting.

Chelsea’s clients love that she always brings a fun positive energy to each workout and that the workouts are always new.

In her spare time Chelsea enjoys cooking and baking and going out to try new foods with her fiancé.  She equally loves to travel, spend time outdoors on a hike or at the beach.  She loves crafts, painting, crocheting or any DIY projects.

Chelsea is 26 and the youngest of 3 daughters.
