In a Private Pilates session, you experience a 50 minute or 25 minute session tailored to your body’s fitness level and desired focus on Pilates mat and equipment: the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and much more.  A private session allows a unique whole body experience of discovery and awareness, while strengthening, toning and increasing flexibility.

In a private functional fitness session you will be taken through a cardio vascular warm up, a full body workout with weights, Bosu, stability ball and many more awesome props. Your session will end with HIIT training to build endurance, burn calories, spark metabolism and build strength. The sky is the limit and your trainer will customize your fitness plan according to your goals and your feedback.

  • Private sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates or functional fitness. Private training can be a combination of the two.

  • A certified trainer will work one-on-one with you on the full range of equipment which includes: Reformer, chair, Bosu, Stability ball and other props and equipment.

  • The trainer will adjust the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you.

Five Starr Pilates & Fitness offers Semi-Private Pilates Sessions that accommodates two to three clients. Workout simultaneously under the instruction of a Pilates teacher on the Pilates equipment. 

Semi-Privates are very similar to circuit classes where each student is working on a different piece of equipment.

Semi-privates are a great way to lower the cost of Pilates and provide great motivation in a comfortable environment.
