Apple Pie on a diet…..

A makeover for your sweet tooth!

Apple Pie Makeover Recipe

(serves 2)
1 apple
1 graham cracker
1/4 lemon
cinnamon to taste
maple syrup or honey to taste

Chop apple and place in microwave proof bowl. Crumble one graham cracker (all 4 sections) and squeeze lemon into bowl. Add at least 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (or more if you love cinnamon). Microwave for 2 minutes. Let cool for a couple minutes and taste. Add sweeteners if needed.
