Try a Private one-on-one session with one of Five Starr’s knowledgeable instructors who will expertly evaluate your goals and give you the individualized attention you deserve. Experience a 55-minute session tailored to your body’s level and desired focus.

A private session takes you to the next level. Learn the fundamentals you need to get the results you want. Establish your foundation in a safe and open atmosphere. Explore movement while working closely with a teacher who guides you in a fun and challenging session.  Our instructors are trained to meet you at every stage of your fitness journey.  Whether you are new to Pilates, need a personal trainer to push you, recovering from an injury or an elite athlete, our instructors are trained to give each client the modifications necessary to achieve individualized results.

To begin your Pilates experience at Five Starr Pilates & Fitness, we ask you take a Private Orientation.  This is the best way to introduce you to the amazing benefits of Pilates.  During your orientation you will be taught the basic principles of STOTT Pilates and guided through a full 60 minute workout.  This orientation prepares you for a group reformer class.  Many clients feel they need additional privates before proceeding to a group class.  Through the one on one instruction your teacher will best be able to evaluate your learning style and give you recommendations on how to achieve your goals safely while giving you the best value for your investment.

In a Private Pilates session, you experience a 55-minute session tailored to your body’s level and desired focus on Pilates mat and equipment: the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and much more. A private session allows a unique whole body experience of discovery and awareness, while strengthening, toning and increasing flexibility.

In a private XR session you will be taken through a cardio vascular warm up, a full body workout with weights, Bosu, stability ball and many more awesome props.  Your session will end with HIIT training to build endurance, burn calories, spark metabolism and build strength.

  • A certified s trainer will work one-on-one with you both on the mat and on the full range of equipment which includes: Reformer, chair, Bosu, Stability ball and other props .

Want to share your Pilates session with a friend? Try a Semi-Private Pilates session!

Five Starr Pilates & Fitness offers Semi-Private Pilates Sessions that accommodates two to three clients. Workout simultaneously under the instruction of a Pilates teacher on the Pilates equipment. Semi-Privates are very similar to circuit classes where each student is working on a different piece of equipment.  Semi-privates are a great way to lower the cost of Pilates and provide great motivation in a comfortable environment.

Can’t coordinate your schedules with a friend?  Using our online booking system you are able to book a semi-private session.  This means you will enjoy the benefits and value of a semi-private and we will book you with another student so you both benefit from the session.  We are one of very few studios to offer such a unique benefit.
