Five Starr Pilates & Fitness is excited to have paired our signature experience fitness classes to create the ULTIMATE FULL BODY workout.  Our clients are treated to 25 minutes of indoor cycling and 25 minutes of Pilates reformer training.  With the intense calorie burn, aerobic workout of indoor cycling coupled with the lengthening & strengthening of the Pilates reformer training; we deliver the best of both worlds in just one hour!  Jump on the bike, join us on the reformer and free your mind.
